Meet Our Team
My name is Alan Dickson. I was born and raised next door in Montana. I have been a resident of Boundary County for over 18 years. I was recently elected President of the newly formed Badger Athletics Collective (BAC). I love all sports and serving my community. It all started in my youth playing baseball, basketball, and football, while simultaneously earning my way up to the rank of Eagle Scout in the BSA. Sports and community service at the same time!!!
After high school, these endeavors continued while playing club baseball at Utah State University (Northern Beehive League), which later joined the National Club Baseball Association (NCBA). I was also preparing to serve a two-year full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that took me to South Texas from 2000 to 2002, where I discovered my current career in service to my country in Federal Law Enforcement.
I joined the BAC for the opportunity to serve our high school Badger Athletes. The Mission of the BAC is to support, promote, and enhance Badger athletic programs by fostering community involvement, providing financial accountability and volunteer support, and encouraging student athletes to achieve excellence in sportsmanship, teamwork, and growth. Through our efforts, the BAC aims to help all athletic programs progress and create positive, well-rounded quality experiences for every athlete by providing resources that will help teams grow, compete, and succeed in each Badger athletic arena.
I’m Travis Stolley, Vice President of the newly formed Badger Athletics Collective. I’m proud to serve the student-athletes of Bonners Ferry High School by helping fill the gaps where district budgets fall short. Drawing on my years of community leadership and operational experience alongside my background as a business owner, I’m committed to careful budget management and strong collaboration with the school board to ensure every dollar supports our athletes effectively. As a 2005 BFHS graduate and former wrestling coach for the Badgers, I’ve seen up close how sports build resilience, teamwork, discipline, and confidence that last far beyond the mat, field, or court. Our Collective exists to make sure every Badger athlete has the equipment, facility support, travel help, and resources they need to compete, develop their skills, and thrive—no matter which sport they love.
I’m especially excited about this new organization because it gives us a dedicated, unified way to support all athletic programs at BFHS. We want to remove financial barriers so our students can focus on what matters most: growing as athletes, representing our community with pride, and creating life skills with their teammates. In our tight-knit town of Bonners Ferry, strong athletics programs do more than produce better athletes—they bring families and the whole community closer together.
I truly hope the Badger Athletics Collective becomes a lasting force for good that rallies local businesses, families, and alumni to invest in our youth. By coming together to back our student-athletes today, we’re helping shape successful futures both on and off the field. Go Badgers, let’s build something meaningful for the next generation!
My name is Robert McCune, and I’ve been part of this community since 2023, after moving here from a small ranching town where I developed a deep appreciation for hard work, close community ties, and supporting one another.
I joined BAC to support our student-athletes and help create opportunities for their success. I also believe strongly in bringing the community together through events and building a shared sense of pride in what our athletes and community can accomplish together.
I bring with me experience from being part of a booster organization in a small town, along with a commitment to our mission of transparency, community, and pride. I’m passionate about helping ensure we stay true to those values while continuing to grow and support both our athletes and the community.
My name is Jessica Vincent and I serve as Secretary of the Badgers Athletic Collective, where I ensure the Board of Directors operates with transparency, effectiveness, and full compliance with legal and governance standards. Guided by the spirit of Isaiah 6:8 — “Here am I. Send me.” — I remain deeply dedicated to answering the call to serve my community with humility and commitment.
With over 20 years of community service experience, I previously founded the 4P Project, a non-profit dedicated to combating human trafficking in Cochise County, Arizona. I have also served as an advocate for victims of violent crimes at the Cochise Family Advocacy Center and as Treasurer and Event Coordinator for the Spokane Sector Morale, Welfare and Recreation program supporting Border Patrol agents and their families. A retired U.S. Army veteran, I hold two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Arizona State University and am the proud mother of two Bonners Ferry Badgers.
My name is Kayla Riek, and I currently work as a litigation paralegal. I’m excited to bring more than seven years of experience, along with strong organizational, financial, and analytical skills to my role as Treasurer of the Badger Athletics Collective board.
Having served on multiple boards both past and present, I value the importance of teamwork, transparency, and sound financial management in building thriving programs. As a parent with children involved in sports, I’m passionate about creating opportunities for all athletes and helping our community grow stronger through shared support and involvement.
My name is Annie Swift, and I serve as the alumni representative for the BAC. I was born and raised in Bonners Ferry and graduated from BFHS in 1979. In 1984, I married my husband, Terry, and together we raised three children: Danny, Kenny, and Kailee, all proud BFHS graduates. Today, one of my greatest joys is spending time with my eleven grandchildren, who keep our lives busy and full of fun. Our family is deeply passionate about our local athletic programs. Our sons coach BFHS football, and our daughter coaches youth cheerleading. I truly believe in the positive impact athletic programs have on young people. I spent several years as a member of the Booster Club before stepping aside to make room for parents whose children were actively involved in the programs. I am a co-founder and board member of the Bonners Ferry Badger Athletic Hall of Fame, where we take pride in honoring the outstanding Athletes that have excelled in the gym and on the field at BFHS. Now, as part of the BAC, I’m excited to focus on reconnecting alumni and helping grow support for our athletic programs. I’m honored to serve in this role and look forward to helping provide the best possible opportunities for our student-athletes, because I know firsthand how much this community can make a difference.
My name is Diana Brown. I am native of Bogotá, Colombia, and I bring a vibrant, high-energy perspective to the North Idaho athletic community. As a co-owner of Apex Fitness and Martial Arts, I serve as the backbone of the organization, overseeing sales, administration, and staff management. Through my leadership, I ensure that our team of coaches and diverse programs run with precision, creating a world-class environment where athletes can pursue excellence.
As a mother of three and a dedicated “team mom” for our gym’s Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling competitors, I am a constant presence at tournaments. I’m often the loudest voice of encouragement on the sidelines because I truly understand the grit and heart it takes to compete. This personal investment led me to the Badger Athletic Collective (The BAC), where I work to bridge the gap between student talent and the resources they need.
By combining my administrative expertise with my deep passion for youth sports, I am committed to building a lasting legacy of athletic pride and community support for all local athletes.
My name is Drea Leach and I am a 5th grade teacher here in Bonners Ferry. I am passionate about working with kids and feel incredibly fortunate to play a role in shaping the lives of our local students every day.
I am also a proud mom of five Badger athletes, which makes my connection to our school community even more personal. My husband and I are strong supporters of Bonners Ferry, and we believe deeply in giving back to the place we call home.
I serve as the Media Chairman of the BAC, where I have the opportunity to highlight and support the achievements of our student athletes and programs. My heart is always with the children of Bonners Ferry, and that passion is what led me to join the BAC team.
I truly believe our Badger athletes deserve the very best facilities and resources. They deserve to compete, grow, and succeed in an environment that reflects how valued they are. I am committed to helping make that vision a reality for every student in our community.
We’re on a mission to make a difference and we’d love for you to be part of it.
